The BRAT Club believes that physical fitness is a really important part of being healthy and happy. We welcome anyone who is keen to try athletics, triathlon, or simply running and training with a club. Our training sessions are friendly, fun and will get you fitter. We offer something for everyone, young and old, juniors and families, complete novices and experienced competitors, coaches, officials and social members. Many congratulations to Cas Chisholm, who completed back to back marathons on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st March 2013. She was fastest woman in both races in Northampton,UK. Her time on Saturday was 3 hr 52.02 min, but unfortunately her time on Sunday was 3 seconds slower, due to stopping for an extra custard creme at the last aid station.
Saturday 18th May saw the opening meeting of the new track and field season with BRAT sending a very young and mostly inexperienced team to Yate, near Bristol. The intention was to start the season with a bang - try and grab a top three finish and give ourselves a real… 
Alexander David Bone born 20 May 2013 weighing 8lbs 3oz - an excellent size for either triathlon or athletics... Many congratulations to Cat and Peter on their newest BRAT baby.
