County Championship medals will be awarded to the first three competitors per event/gender regardless of the number of entries.
Late Entries and/or requests for event changes after the closing date
The event policy is not to accept late entries or alter entries after the closing date. The organisers will not discuss issues such as `late entries` or `entries lost in the post for any reason at all over the championship weekend.
If you see a problem with your entry such as the wrong date of birth or age group then use the contact us facility to give them the correct details.
Field Event rules
Other than the PV and HJ athletes in the U13, U15 and U17 age groups field events will be given 4 trials. Athletes in the U20 and Senior age groups will be given 3 trials but the top six in each age group will be given three more.
The starting heights for the High Jump and Pole Vault will be as used in the NYDL for age groups up to U20 and as used in the Midland Senior League for Seniors. The Triple Jump board must be at least 7m.
Event Cancellation and Refunds
The organisers may cancel an event if there are very few or no entries or if the athletes can be otherwise accommodated. If an event is cancelled then athletes will be informed beforehand and given a refund. Refunds will not be given for any other reason.
If the entire meeting or a complete day is cancelled for any reason then all athletes will be refunded 80% of their fees. The Counties will retain 20% to cover unavoidable costs.
