Josie Williams has won a bronze medal at the Midland Championships in Nuneaton. It was in the Girls under 13 quadrathlon (100m, long jump, shot and 600m).
It was a brilliant result for Josie and for fellow BRAT competitor Monique James Thomas, who finished 8th out of a field of 21.
