Whether you are just starting out on your training journey, or whether you are a seasoned athlete, the BRAT Club offers a wide variety of sessions, across many disciplines to make sure you get a good start, train safely, and improve your performance over time. We have regular sessions run and bike sessions that are dedicated to beginners in the sport. All of our pool swimming caters for beginner swimmers. Simply signing up and coming along to a club session is the best way to get a feel for what we do.
We offer sessions in Running, Swimming, Cycling, and Track and Field Athletics. We are a competitive club with an aspiration to develop every athlete to their full potential from whatever their starting point.
We use a club management system called ‘Clubspark’.. All members book ALL SESSIONS on Clubspark under the training menu. You can also buy or renew your membership through Clubspark via the memberships menu. If you’re unsure which membership to buy, please contact us on info@bratclub.co.uk .
