Training with the BRAT Club

Whether you are just starting out on your training journey, or whether you are a seasoned athlete, the BRAT Club offers a wide variety of sessions, across many disciplines to make sure you get a good start, train safely, and improve your performance over time.

We offer sessions in Running, Swimming, Cycling, and Track and Field Athletics. We are a competitive club with an aspiration to develop every athlete to their full potential from whatever their starting point.

Clubspark is our new club management system. As of now, we are booking ALL SESSIONS on Clubspark. As of January 2021, all memberships will also be booked through the Clubspark system.

Importantly, to ensure we can continue to offer Covid secure training, all members must adhere to the following:

  • All members must follow the UK governement’s national guidance in relation to Covid-19;
  • Membersmust not attend training if they have symptoms of Covid-19.
  • All members must register for all sessions they attend using Clubspark;
  • Members must inform the club (via coaches or session leaders, or by emailing: welfare@bratclub.co.uk) if they develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 48 hours of having attended a club training session.

Thanks everyone. Please pay very close attention to the instructions issued by session leaders and coaches. We must ensure we are all actively following the guidance as issued, and ensure we remain socially distanced particularly prior to and after each session. We understand that some members may not wish to continue training in group sessions at this time, and we ask that all members are respectful of everybody’s decisions whether they choose to train together or on their own during this time.

If any member wishes to discuss any aspect of the club’s activity in relation to the current guidance, please contact welfare@bratclub.co.uk.
