UoB Track & Field Series – 9th June

A great evening of athletics for the club!

 Birmingham Running Athletics & Tri club achieved some very special performances at the latest UoB Track & Field Series, held 9^th June at the University.  27 members competed, achieving 12 age-category wins, a new all-time ladies club record, 2 all-time age category club records and an amazing 20 individual personal bests or age-category personal bests!

 There were so many outstanding performances, topped by Rachel Gifford’s all-time club record for women in the 1500m, showing she is a natural 1500m runner. Lucie Tait-Harris ran an age-category club best and is now currently ranked 1^st in the UK for W45 over 1500m. James Marshall continues to edge closer to a sub-2-minute 800m. His performance is another M40 club age category club best and he now is currently ranked 2^nd in the UK for M40 over 800m. Here are the results for all club members:
